Well the front end of the S15 is coming along, aquired an ARC radiator and reused one of my old intercoolers. Did a bit of tubework aswell, not too happy with it but once i get a tube bender i can do this work a lot neater.
Need to find a pewter bonnet, front bumper and drivers guard before i set the headlights up. Sing out if anyone has these items.
Still lots of brackets and gear to go on but its taking shape. Till next post thanks for reading.

nice work man, i’ve seen a build up thread on an electronic bender if your interested in the link? home made one with a basic degree counter on it so you can set up the degree oyu need it too bend and then it can add the additional degrees needed for spring back

Its just stainless tube, nothing too special. I will tig weld it all up when the brackets for the headlights are on. The headlights fit in oh so sweet.

Really digging this Home Fab’ build Nigel! and loving the regular updates, new site is sick.
Wish I had a welder, haven’t done any tool fab/welding since I was at school, I miss having free use of a workshop haha.

Thanks Matt, i cut the entire front section of body loom out and ran it through the engine bay. Its something i do on all cars. When its routed through the engine bay instead of through the guard it becomes a lot longer therefore the loom can run along the inside of the chassis rail to both headlights. Its an easy way of keeping stock wiring yet having it all hidden. Ill do a post on how to do it soon. Thanks for the comment

Dude, remember we were kinda talking about a tube front end for my hatch? Well I decided I am going to go ahead with it, Probably tube out the rear too… Seeing these pics has Inspired me, Im doing it 100% now. Just need to get the rear end pulled into alignment, then the cutting shall begin!
