In the last post showed you some of the cars that were in the pits and now its time to check out whats happening on track.
It was music to my ears
The loudest Rainbow EVER
I can’t believe i left my longer lense at home, you get the idea.
Standing on the wall at Meihan is an experience in itself, you have probably all seen videos but the sensory overload of the cars blasting past after the flick is something else
Sometimes things dont go to plan, its an unforgiving circuit. This was just a small brush up against the tyres.
And again, this pass broke the exhaust off and held up the cars while the tyres were reorganised
On the other side of the pits is the corner before the run up, it was good to see the cars setting up for their run
Gripping up and gaining speed
This C35 surprised me, i initially thought it wasnt drifting, mainly because it was spotless.
Then when i saw it heading out on track he definitely didnt hold back
Ive always loved C35, they use S15 front and rear suspension components, RB25 motor and gearbox and use a fairly rigid well built chassis
But if i had one i would totally put an SR20 in it…… sorry RB fans
So cool
Raspy S14 getting rowdy
My black S15 will someday be put to use, for now ill keep gaining inspiration from others.
The water spray pattern against the wall gives you an idea about the feeling of standing right there
The wet conditions didnt stop the “drift trains”
Nice and tight
I dont know what it is about red 180SX’s, they just do it for me
Especially when they are built so cleanly
Setting up for the left hander onto the main straight
Thats it for the action pics, hope you enjoyed them.
