After cutting the rear quarter panels off the extra cab tub they are ready to start the modifications needed to make them fit, first thing to do is extend them 150mm to get the extra length between the cab and the rim. Then ill make a frame to hang them, then widen the archs 50mm each side, perfect them with bog and then take a mould for FRP reproductions.

When you make the fiberglass moldings can you do a detailed how-to for anyone who wants to do what you are doing? I find the idea of making fiberglass rear fenders for my truck really interesting but don’t know how to do it
