Changing a part that took you a lot of time and thought in the first place to make is always a kick in the face, its just another example of lessons through error. Now to replicate the 1.2mm lexan sheet into 2.5mm steel.

One question i have is why didn’t you design and build your own suspension geometry using double wishbones on the front?
Only asking because I have a clubman kitcar using double wishbone suspension up the front and a lot of race cars seem to use it.
