After a quick run over the manifold with the TIG its all back on again and ready for action. I added some bracing underneath to reinforce the wastegate pipe so i hope i dont have any more dramas for a while. Now to give the car an oil change, fix my broken exhaust and have a quick look over it will be ready for TopGear in a weeks time.

Steam pipe for the win, but alot of manifolds have a poor wastegate design imo, bracing is key! Good work!

TIG is good, but for manifolds eutectic powder spray using NiTec powder is the best.
haha i only learnt this last year at work and i realize you dont have 5 grand laying around for a powder spray unit lol
