Today I made the most of the nice weather and made up a removable bumper support that will hang all the front panels and headlights.
Im using 25.4mm ERW bright steel tube with a wall thickness of 1.6mm, easy to bend and light weight.
The idea around having it all removable is so that if the ute takes a hit to the front then i can remake the entire front without having to remake my chassis.
