Started fitting up my origin guards yesterday, when they arrived i had second thoughts, maybe +50 was far too big? Maybe the styling would look off? Maybe i didnt want to hack my guards up? My first events not far away and my metal guards are a mess, so i got the grinder out and cut away the factory metal, hammered the hell out of the lip until it was flush with the top of the tub and welded it all together to retain strength. Added a 25mm spacer on my 17×9.5+12 and things are looking up! Pretty happy and cant wait to see them with paint.

Damn Nigel, just discovered both your cars recently, and I bought that HPI mag with your Silvia in it.
I have to say the work you do is unbelievable! Don't EVER forget to stay low. Your style is #1.

Nigel are you running the 17s in the back this season?
BTW the stance on your car inspired me to go low again (I thought I would swear that off for ease of daily driving but damnit, being low is so much cooler).
Gonna be tucking 18s out back!
