When it comes to repairing the factory metal on a car after a crash i take things a little further than most. This car had some big damage but it was all isolated forward of the cross member.
This means it could all be remade quiet easily as the caster rod mounts were the only critical area i needed to focus on. I remade the front chassis out of 1.4mm thick steel boxed, braced and fully welded. Im pretty happy with how it turned out.
