Today I managed to spend an hour on the 180SX, thats all it needed to be battle ready again. I had already replaced the diff (sheared a pinion gear) and resealed the sump but there were still a few jobs to do.
Before I lowered it off the hoist I refitted the bash plate, welded up a crack in the rear LCA mount on the cradle and spent 15 minutes going over everything. Once it was down I filled the engine with oil and fired it up, its good to hear it running again. Now ill clean it up and get it ready for a day at the track.
