SR City – Playing the game

I spent a couple of hours this afternoon removing the motor from the S13, as you may have read in a previous post this motor is getting pulled down to a bare long motor and then all the parts for the ute will be fitted, tuned and tested in the S13 chassis before it all goes into the hilux chassis.

Im actually really glad I’m doing this as this motor (internally) is the best of the best but the ancillaries let it down, i have learnt a lot in the 5 years since i built it and look forward to getting the car on the dyno with the new manifolds, Haltech ECU and other bits and pieces.

    • I run BRAE exhaust manifolds, they work really well and last a lifetime.
