Reflections: Holidays over, now back at work

After christmas at the quiet Victorian sea side town of Port Fairy i ventured up to the high country of Bright to spend a week and relax.

Theres always something to do in Bright, we go 4WDriving, i ride the mountain trails everyday on my KTM, go to the skatepark on the BMX and ride my mountainbike everywhere.

Being on two wheels is the best fun, dirt trails through the mountains, river crossings, jumps and sliding through corners gives me that similiar thrill to drifting.

Nowhere is unaccesable on an enduro bike.

Or a landcruiser thats modified like Jacks.

After a week of abuse i always pull the plastics down on the bike and give it a proper clean and service.

Theres so many spectacular sights in the high country, this waterfall drops all the way down from Mt Buffalo at an elevation of 1695 meters above sea level its crystal clear, drinkable and ice cold.

Where theres water theres wildlife, lizards are a lot less scary than snakes, im glad i didnt come across any snakes.

Cold nights and 30+ degree C days are everyday up here, the bulls find shade in the heat of the day.

Theres a heap of nice houses in the hills

Bright is home to one of Australias biggest rod runs, this guy dosnt have to travel far for it. With great weather, winding roads and majic scenery its a perfect place to have it.

Early Xp/Xm 2 door Falcon looks right at home in the period style garage, white exterior and maroon interior works so well.

The later model Falcon also looks great.

After a refreshing time away im looking to take 2011 head on, finish the ute, continue to compete in my S Series cars, get something ready for time attack and build the ETS name.
